Wheel needs to be trued

It sounds like your wheel might be out of true. 

This just means that the spokes are tensioned unevenly causing the rim to be pulled to one side at certain points.

You can have your wheels trued at your local bike shop or we can also send replacement as long as it is within our warranty conditions.
