Some of our bicycles have a front wheel that is installed using a quick release mechanism instead of axle nuts. You likely found this article because the axle for the wheel seems too short to be connected to the fork. This is because it is installed using a quick release instead of axle nuts.

Your bicycle has a quick release front wheel. Please look in the small box for a part called a quick release skewer. Please use this to attach the wheel to the bike.
