The serial number is found in four places.
1. For all sixthreezero non-electric bikes, the serial number is found on the very bottom of the bike, underneath the area where the cranks attach. You will need to flip your bike upside down to see it. I have attached a photo below that can help you locate the serial number.
2. For e-BIKES, the serial number is on the very front of the bike, on the head tube.
3. For e-Trikes and Regular Trikes the serial number - Is found on the very bottom of the bike, underneath the area where the cranks/pedals attach
4. The serial number can also be found on a yellow sticker on the box.

Note: Please keep a record of the serial# of your bike for any future reference. Just in case the serial# on the bike and the one on the yellow sticker on the box is different, you can use the one on the bike instead.
